Background
I graduated from Fayetteville State University with a BA in History and continued my education there to earn a Master’s Degree in School Administration. I further pursued an Educational Specialist Degree from Wingate University and am currently working toward my Doctorate at Gwynedd Mercy University. My professional journey has been deeply rooted in education and leadership development, driven by my passion for making a positive impact on young lives.

Educational Philosophy
I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the right support and opportunities. My philosophy centers on building meaningful relationships, understanding each student’s unique needs, and providing a nurturing environment where they feel valued. I strive to connect with students on a personal level, recognizing their struggles and celebrating their achievements, so they know they are seen and supported.

Leadership Mission
My mission is to provide a safe, orderly, and caring environment that prioritizes high academic achievement. I am committed to creating a space where every student feels secure, motivated, and inspired to reach their fullest potential, ensuring that their well-being is the foundation upon which their learning is built.

Leadership Vision
As a servant leader, my vision is to foster an educational community where collaboration and support are at the forefront. I aim to empower both staff and students to reach their full potential through shared decision-making, open communication, and mutual respect. I believe in equipping our students not only with the knowledge and skills for academic success but also with the qualities and values to become lifelong leaders who positively impact their communities.
